Elevation HR are delighted to be working on behalf of our client based in Rotherham looking for a Part Time Human Resources Manager. The business is currently going through a period of change and requires a competent HR Professional who has strong stakeholder management and negotiating capability. As this is a standalone role there will also be the requirement to demonstrate good breadth of generalist HR capability.

Reporting directly into the CEO, with line management responsibility for a HR Administrator the role will involve:

- Development of HR Policies and Procedures compliant with current Employment Law and Legislation
- Supporting Managers on absence management and performance management processes
- Initiating and facilitating change and business improvement activity in line with functional strategy, including restructures and small Tupe transfers
- Supporting on the design and delivery of HR related Learning & Development initiatives across the board
- Attending monthly SMT meetings; updating Managers on HR Management Information

Elevation HR are keen to speak with candidates with the following Skills & Experience:

- CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Previous change management experience - including TUPE
- Experience of managing complex ER casework
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data
- Strong and up to date Employment Law knowledge
