***PART TIME - INTERIM HEAD OF PEOPLE - 3 Days Per week ***

An exciting Interim opportunity for a 3 day a week senior HR lead within this small Fin-Tech business based in Shoreditch.

Are you an experienced Interim Head of HR looking for a part time role? Have you got current / recent experience of working in a small tech start up business?

Are you as comfortable being operational, as you are being analytical and strategic? This lead role is responsible for leading the People function, ensuring an efficiently run department with people at the heart of it.  This is currently a stand-alone role with a new hire of a Talent acquisition partner soon to accommodate the hyper growth in the business over the course of the next 12 months.

The interim support from this role will need to add thought and insight into how to attract, retain and develop the best talent in the Fin-Tech / start up market.

As part of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in developing the organisational strategy and then developing the people strategy to deliver this. 

Whilst this role is a 6-9 months maternity cover, you will have the opportunity to shape and develop the people function to ensure it meets the need of a fast growing business.

This role will require a balance between managing the operational people challenges of a growing business and the longer term strategic direction needed.  As a company going through a period of change over the next 12 months, you will have an empathetic manner alongside strong experience in delivering organisational development initiatives to support the business and ensure maintenance of the distinctive culture into the future growth of the business.

You will come from a small start-up background and will understand the nuances of an ambiguous and fast growth environment.
