Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 a year plus benefits

About the role:
Our client is looking for a HR and Payroll professional to join their friendly team at The O2.
This is a pivotal role where you will work with both HR and Payroll to assist with their monthly payroll processes, providing core administration and proactively seeking solutions and efficiencies, working alongside both the HR team and the Payroll Manager to continuously improve processes.
You will be responsible for running the monthly payroll if the Payroll Manager is absent.
You will also be the main point of contact for all pension related queries from employees whilst maintaining a strong relationship with our external providers; and also deal with all employee queries with regards to payslips and tax documentation.
Our client is looking for someone with relevant payroll systems experience and HR knowledge especially around pensions, who is comfortable running a monthly payroll and has a core understanding of payroll functions including PAYE, legislation around pensions, SSP and parental leave.
You will be a whizz with Microsoft Excel advanced functions and have a methodical approach to work, with a strong eye for detail and focus on deadlines.
