A leading Media agency who work with a diverse range of global clients, have an immediate need for an engaging and adaptable Payroll Administrator to join the business to support the UK operations, taking ownership of all elements of payroll administration.
As Payroll Administrator, you will review changes, manage and process payroll information, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry, and will manage the Pension administration process. You'll be the main point of contact for queries and will be able to use your passion and knowledge for figures and data to support and educate. In addition to the monthly payrolls, this role will support the wider HR team with generalist support across the employee lifecycle. This will include support drafting HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, monitoring attendance and updating the HR database. The ideal candidate would have some experience gained in a fast paced media or PR agency of payroll, HR or finance administration. Candidates should be highly numerate, organised with an incredibly high level of attention to detail, and will enjoy being in an employee facing role.
