Salary: £30,000

Do you have in-house payroll experience with in a HR/Finance sector and looking for a move?

A global law firm who have set up an office in Liverpool city centre are looking for you!

Duties:

  • Oversee the payroll and benefits provision
  • Managing the quality of service from relevant providers to deliver timely and accurate salaries
  • Efficient processing of pensions and benefits.
  • Manage relationships with payroll providers, pension brokers and benefits advisors.
  • Confirm accuracy of all data input
  • Review exceptions, investigate anomalies and carry out payroll processes
  • Responsible for the delivery of the monthly payroll - around 650 employees
  • Perform internal audits of various payroll areas

Person Specifications:

  • Previous experience of in-house payroll
  • Good working knowledge of payroll policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of current PAYE and NI legislation
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communications skills
