An industry leading creative agency based in central London, is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Assistant. Working in a close knit HR team, you’ll be responsible for running the full process for London payroll of approx. 500 employees and will also manage the benefit schemes across the business.
You’ll manage and process the monthly payroll requirements, process all new starter/leaver processes relevant to payroll and benefits, providing daily advice and support to the business with tax and general pay and pension enquiries. You’ll work closely with external vendors on end of year tax year processes, will liaise with third party brokers, undertaking administration and coordination of all benefits (for example holiday accrual, BUPA, Cycle to Work, Childcare Vouchers).
The ideal candidate for this role will have incredible attention to detail and want to work in a sociable, lively atmosphere, which will reflect your natural vigour and dynamism. You will have proven experience of running payrolls from start to finish within a similar role and will, ideally, have experience of working in a large and complex media or creative environment.
