Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a well established Arts organisation to recruit a Payroll Analyst on a 12 months basis.


  • Own and to be the expert of the end-to-end UK & Ireland payroll processes (circa. 800+ employees)
  • Inform and/or input manual changes into payroll on a monthly basis (UK - ADP Freedom) and (Ireland - Softcom)
  • Perform all associated pension payments processes impacting monthly payroll
  • To validate accuracy of monthly data input by colleagues (EARs/SAP/SuccessFactors)
  • To process and advice on emergency payments and any other off-cycle payments
  • To perform all statutory (including MATB1) and contractual payments and compliance
  • To analyse processes and internal reports and make corrections to internal applications
  • Manage all payroll and pension queries coming through on the inbox
  • Stay abreast of key payroll changes (i.e. upcoming IR35) and lead/propose on the required changes to processes


  • Curious and passionate to be an expert in a variety of areas involving payroll, HRIS & total reward
  • Create relationships and collaboration with key stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of UK payroll related legislation
  • Irish payroll experience is desirable
  • Experience in busy payrolls
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer service skills
  • Team working skills
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable to work with uncertainly and in a highly matrix organisation
  • Keeps calm and knows how prioritise whilst under pressure

This is an exciting role to work for a well known Arts business on a permanent basis. Salary crica £35,000
