Interim Payroll and Benefits Lead, 3 Months, £350 per day, London
Annapurna Recruitment working alongside a Global Tech Start Up with offices based in Central London who are looking to add a Payroll and Benefits Manager to their team.
You will liaise with stake holders across the globe and ensure the 3rd party payroll providers fulfil SLA's. You will operate as a key operational and transactional support interface between HR/Line Management and Finance.
Your duties will include:
Responsible for effective and timely payroll through coordination with countries globally.
Local Pay arrangements- Monitoring tracking and implementing.
Resolve any payroll queries as requested by your local HR counterparts.
Ensure data on system is accurate.
Manage all MI information regarding starters, leavers and any data changes are up to date.
Prepare and complete mass upload templates for major data changes.
Help prepare payroll function for BAU when ready.
Communication is key, you must be able to manage key stakeholders at international level.
If you have managed an international payroll function in a rapidly growing organisation.
Complete all processes by using agile methodology.
