Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Tech Start-Up with offices based in Central London to recruit a Payroll and Benefits Manager on an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract.
As Payroll and Benefits Manager you will be responsible for the Payroll and Benefits function within the organisation. You will be responsible for an International Payroll function of 300 employees with a view to grow to 1000.
Your duties include:
Skills and Experience.
Exposure of setting up and implementing a new payroll department is highly desirable.
Strong academic background is essential (degree or Masters).
CIPP Qualified - Essential.
Exposure to working in a Start-up environment is highly desirable.
