My client, an incredible e-commerce business who are driving continual growth globally, are looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to come in and own the entire UK Payroll and Benefits piece. The role will also oversee the international payroll piece as the role evolves.
Reporting into the HRD, you will be working on a range of strategic Payroll and Benefits projects including the pension auto reconciliation, implementation of revamped benefits strategy, salary benchmarking and bonus & comp projects. Running monthly Payroll x300, you will be advising senior leaders on changes and be offering strategic knowledge on diversifying the offering.
Working in this stand-alone position, you will be comfortable working autonomously and be able to build gravitas with senior stakeholders when delivering projects. You will have used Workday in a payroll capacity and be an advanced Excel user.
As the successful candidate, you’ll be adept as working as a senior level Payroll/Reward Specialist within a fast moving media business, bring an agile approach and be solutions orientated. You’ll be a natural relationship builder and enjoy being consultative with excellent skills in analysing complex data.
Please note prior Workday experience is essential for this role
