This is an amazing opportunity for an outgoing and proactive Payroll Coordinator to join an exciting media agency. Our client is looking for a confident and engaging communicator to champion and be the ‘go to’ expert for all payroll and benefit enquiries across the business. Providing vital support to employees and the business, it is essential that the person in this role be numerically minded, have strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail!
Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager, as Payroll Coordinator you will have a variety of responsibilities in this role and be a first point of contact for payroll and benefits queries. You will review changes, manage and process payroll information, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry, and will manage the Pension Auto Enrolment process. You will have the opportunity to use your initiative to streamline and refine processes, so will have a real opportunity to make an impact in the team. This role will be suited to someone who thrives on managing a variety of responsibilities and who embraces the challenge of working to and consistently meeting deadlines.
It is essential that the candidate for the Payroll Coordinator have recent and relevant Payroll administration experience in a similar role, preferably gained in a creative and fast paced environment. You will have a strong analytical ability, excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and ideally, previous experience of Auto Enrolment and managing HRIS systems. A visible presence in the agency, it is essention you enjoy being in an employee facing role where you will be building relationships to raise the profile of the team.
