Job Title: Payroll & HR Administrator
Location: Woodford Green
Salary: £25k basic plus company benefits
Work Pattern: Flexible - normally 8:30am till 5pm
We are looking to recruit a new Payroll and Human Resources Administrator to work with our clients current Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who likes varied work, can work with minimal supervision and has good verbal communication skills.
The role is within the motor trade, however, motor trade experience is not essential.
Honesty and discretion - honour the confidentiality of Employer and Employee pay and personnel records, excellent mathematical skills - good with spreadsheets, basic understanding of payroll procedures, ability to work to deadlines, good typing skills, multi-tasking abilities.
Prepares monthly payroll for approx. 120 employees using in-house Sage 50 payroll system and excel spreadsheets, Identifies, investigates and resolves discrepancies within payroll records, Inputs Payroll analysis totals into the CDK Accounting system, adheres to deadlines on all payments for HMRC, Pensions etc
Maintaining Personnel Records (paper and electronic), reparing & Issuing of HR documents such as employment contracts, changes in job status and job titles, liaises with our HR advisors regarding issues such as disciplinary etc, takes minutes at meeting and preparing any necessary paperwork, arrange travel accommodations and Manufacturers Training Programs for All Staff
