Annapurna is partnering with an International Manufacturing business based in South Yorkshire.
As the Payroll Manager you will report into the Finance Director bus also work very closely with the HR operations function.
Your duties will include:
Managing 3 payrolls monthly, weekly and bi-weekly payrolls of approx. 2,500 employees.
Reconciliation of all payrolls including Auto Enrolment, RTI, Apprentice levy obligations.
Liaise with DWP, HMRC and pension providers.
Ensure all standards are met and followed, implement new efficiencies across the payroll department.
Manage a team of 5 Payroll Advisors.
SAP and ADP is highly desirable for this position.
Exposure to working with unionised sites is desirable.
