Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a private healthcare business that has offices based in London to recruit a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis.
As a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the end to end processing of payroll. You will be responsible for co-ordinating 2 payrolls for circa 12000 employees. You will have overall responsibility for all payroll activity and manage a team of 7 officers and administrators.
Your duties will include:
Ensure processing of 2 monthly payrolls.
Check that all payroll is input onto multiple systems entered by the team is accurate.
Team meetings, 121's and ensure that all SLA's are met.
Provide guidance and knowledge to the team and be a point of escalation where needed.
Train team members where needed.
Monitor help desk to ensure all queries are answered in a timely manner.
Exposure to managing a large payroll is essential - no less than 5000
Large team management is highly desirable.
Strong System skills is essential.
This is an exciting role for somebody that would like to work in a fast paced high volume payroll environment. The salary is paying circa £50,000 - £70,000 + Benefits.
