Annapurna Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for an excellent Retail organisation based in Surrey.

As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for managing the day to day payroll processes. The role will sit within the HR function and you will work closely with the payroll bureau, HR and Finance team. You will be responsible for a payroll of up to 1300 employees.

Check timesheets and ensure management have inputted the data correctly.

Process timesheets into the payroll system.

Run weekly reports to check hours are inputted in the correct way.

Ensure pension, healthcare and childcare schemes have been deducted.

Be the go to liaison and escalation point for all payroll queries in the organisation.

Liaise with the payroll bureau to run payroll reports, meet all set payroll deadlines.

Process all starters and leavers on HR system.

Work on projects to streamline processes.


Knowledge of Payroll.

Excellent IT skills (v-lookups + Pivot tables)

Up to date knowledge of all legislation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a brilliant growing retail brand on a permanent basis. Salary paying up to £35,000 + excellent benefits.
