Annapurna Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a Global Healthcare firm based in Sussex.
As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for managing the UK Payroll services and ensure that all data and processes are compliant.
Your Duties include:
Coordinate the annual bonus scheme and salary reviews in conjunction with finance.
Work very closely with finance and the shared service centre to ensure monthly and annual reports are completed and compliant.
Liaise with HMRC and lead all external payroll representation.
Manage relationship of external service providers.
Manage the benefits portal (including the reward statements)
Manage company car fleet and global mobility for employees.
Support HR Business plan through the delivery of key projects.
Experience of Payroll, benefits, reward and global mobility.
Solid understanding of Compensations and benefits.
Experience of delivering projects.
This is an exciting role to work for a Global Healthcare company paying up to £45,000 + benefits.
