Annapurna Recruitment are recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a Global retail business based in West London.
As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for managing the payroll function in a timely and organised fashion.
Your duties will include:
Preparation of the payroll within your section and also liaising with the larger team to ensure that payroll data is accurate.
Monitor the time and attendance submission and assisting the payroll team leader to ensure that all time and attendance data is received.
Collate payroll information on a weekly basis, update and maintain personnel and payroll records on SAP and ADP Global view.
Calculation and payment of off cycle payments, (advances, holiday, termination payments)
Assist Payroll Manager with period end routines.
Strong Payroll Skills
Use of ADP and SAP is desirable.
