We are hiring for a Payroll Supervisor to work for one of our successful media clients. This role works within a busy HR team looking after the payroll for their head office staff. This role is a development opportunity for someone who has payroll experience and is looking to get exposure to a generalist HR position later in their career.
You will be looking after payroll spreadsheets, running reports for senior stakeholders and advising employees and managers on the payroll process. We are looking for someone who would be able to come in and pick the process up quickly. You will manage the whole process and so must have excellent attention to detail. The business are soon to be rolling out a new HRIS which you would take lead on from a payroll perspective. A natural affinity for working with data, spotting trends and analysing data is paramount.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience working in a busy payroll function and also have had exposure to projects. Media experience is desired but not crucial.
