Impact are delighted to be working with a hot new consultancy firm working in the heart of Westminster, who are looking for a bright and innovative People & Culture manager to build the people and culture function as well as implementing the People HR system into this forward thinking, progressive and growing environment. Reporting into the CEO and having full responsibility for 40 employees, you will be happy and competent in a stand—alone role.
This role offers full ownership of the HR piece, working closely with the senior leadership team to set out the vision for the Talent and Learning agenda. In addition to generalist ownership of ER, Learning, Talent Development, reward and HR processes, you will be offering strategic advice on best practice for company growth.
This role is as much about strategic thinking and planning, as it is about rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in to day to day HR duties. One of the key areas of focus in this role is talent retention – so we are looking for someone who can think outside of the box and bring innovative ideas to the stakeholders.
As the successful candidate, you will have worked previously in the creative space, and have had previous experience working in a stand-alone role. You will have an innovative and adaptable approach, confident engaging with senior management and up for the challenge of implementing process into this operative HR function.
