**People Director - up to £75,000 + equity - PE-backed**

Annapurna are currently working with a fantastic organisation transforming their People function and are looking for a People Director to partner with the Managing Director and design the people strategy for a 3-5 year period.

The business is largely growing through acquisition and are looking for someone with experience in M&A or integrations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with M&As or Integration Projects
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Experience working with CoEs
• Entrepreneurial spirit

Role Responsibilities:

• Designing the people strategy for the next 3-5 years
• Worrking closely with the managing director on various projects
• Working with the CPO closely to help embed the new people function.
