We are excited to be partnering with a global sports brand to hire a People Engagement Manager to work and partner with a business to engage and develop its people.

As People Engagement Manager, you will be developing and delivering a staff welfare programme identifying engagement levels and utilising the staff engagement platform. You will ensure the process is best in class and will always be a true advocate of the organisation. You will be involved in all onboarding processes, ensuring they have the best induction program, and welcoming all new starters to the business. Training & Development is key to their success and their people constantly need to be developed in order to be retained, you will support the talent Director in all areas of co-ordination.
You will have previous experience of developing and delivering staff engagement programmes and events as well as general HR Knowledge. Organisation is key in this role as you will be juggling lots of tasks and working in a fun and proactive environment whilst staying calm under pressure. You must be great at building relationships whilst being confident to take ownership in your role and articulate to make decisions, and enjoy working with people at all levels.
