A fantastic opportunity is available in a growing start-up who make delicious products! A creative and ambitious brand, they are looking for a People Manager to really own and develop the HR offering, attract and retain talent, and take a true value add approach to their people.
As People Manager, you will partner with the Leadership team in an operational and strategic role, developing HR frameworks to support the businesses growth. You will be implementing processes and initiatives which will enable them to identify, develop and retain their talent, bring a fresh approach to the performance management and the appraisal process, and manage recruitment processes to bring in new talent. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a reward scheme, have a focus on engagement and uphold and continue to develop the strong culture and brand vision they have.
This People Manager opportunity would suit an established HR Advisor or a HR Manager with experience of directly supporting and advising senior stakeholders, looking to take ownership in a social and people led environment. You will have experience of working autonomously and the ability to bring both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach. Experience of working for a product or a brand in a start-up environment would be ideal!
