HR Business Partner - Technology

£60,000 - £80,000

Annapurna are currently partnered with multiple tech and media companies who are looking for HR Business Partners to look after the technology business area. These companies range from high growth startups to large global organizations and so we are looking for business partners with a range of experience.

A history of working for technology companies is essential.

Key Competencies:

  • Experience and knowledge of working with technology client groups is essential
  • Ideally CIPD qualified and Degree educated
  • The ability to build credible relationships with business stakeholders
  • Ability to handle complex issues and a capability to make sound judgement decisions in time pressured situations.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen and pragmatism in delivering HR solutions
  • Confident working remotely, alone or as part of a wider HR team
  • Exposure to working internationally
