My client, a fast-growing, top 500 Financial Times European company, is looking for a People Partner.
The successful person will support managers internationally across the business. The HR People Partner will be involved in projects, operational work, and ER cases.
- Work closely with the Director for HR Operations implementation
- Build and grow working relationship with clients by becoming a business partner to the function.
- Handle operational work: ER process, performance management, absence management etc.
- Implement new projects and assist with acquiring new talent for the business.
- Experience working as a true HR Generalist and with excellent ER knowledge
- Problem solving, strategic thinker
- Leader and strong team-work capability
- Good written and oral communication skills
