Job Title: Personnel Manager x 2

Location: Whiteparish

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent (20 hours a week)

The Company:
Based in Whiteparish & Fordingbridge, the company is seeking an experienced individual to work mornings or afternoons for 20 hours a week.
Job Role:
You will work closely with Managers/Directors and provide employment information for both employees and management.

The Candidate:

  • Employment law - Disciplinary and gxrievance procedures, equal opportunities, paternity pay and maternity rights, current employment legislation and liaising with the group's professional employment advisers
  • Management of the Personnel department
  • Recruitment - Overseeing the job description and adverts from Managers
  • Employment documentation - Staff memos, overseeing written offers of employment and contracts
  • Insuring an up to date copy of the company handbook is available at any time including web versions
  • Staff Welfare - Liaise with the company's medical professionals
  • Signing off return to work interviews and advising the companies medical professionals if necessary
  • Informing the Managing Director of all work-related sickness

Key Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualified or part qualified
  • 1 years' experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of current employment law and personnel administration and procedures
