Interim Process Manager/London/6 months contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Process Manager to support a major change in a UK Retailer brought about by regulatory changes. The program of work will include the implementation of a new IT system that will handle variances in custom clearance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The project will also focus on a redesign of the current customs operating model. It will look to implement new custom clearance processes and may change the roles and responsibilities of the internal teams and may impact the ways of working in established 3rd party brokers.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in complex process design. This contract will be required for 6 months. The role will be focused on 2 key areas:
