PRODUCT RECRUITER (P2P BANKING)

Our client, a growing FinTech brand with huge potential, is looking to hire a Product Recruiter for their growing team.

The role and the business:

You will be helping this fast-growing firm to hire the best digital talent including; UX, QA, developers and technical business analysts in the market.

They have an incredile culture as they are a small team who work incredibly well together. There is lots of flexbility and a great work life balance.

They're not a typical FS firm as they lack the 'stuffy/corporate' culture you tend to see in the larger banking environments.

If you are a Recruiter with experience in:

  • Full 360 recruitment, managing stakeholders, direct sourcing, headhunting the best there is.
  • Running grad programmes (advantageous)
  • Effectively managing stakeholders and coaching them on best practice/ the market etc.
