Project Analyst (Group Reward) 

Our client is an international home improvement company with nearly 1,300 stores in 10 countries across Europe, Russia and Turkey, supported by a team of 78,000 colleagues. Their main retail brands are B&Q, Castorama, Brico Dépôt and Screwfix. They also operate the Koçta? brand, a 50% joint venture in Turkey with the Koç Group.

Position: Group Reward Project Analyst 
Location: London, Paddington

About the role: 

Their people are critical to their success, and the People function (HR), develops and challenges the community of employees to make sure they provide them the best levels of support and development, so they are performing to the best of their ability. 

Their group Reward team are responsible for setting the agenda and framework for reward across the group as well as understanding and guiding them to where they sit within the market as a competitive employer. The changes and transformation with the company strategy reaches their People function and Reward, and there are some significant transformation projects to be rolled out that will push the group further towards their goals. 


With these new changes comes the opportunity for members of this team to be involved in some complex and exciting projects, rolling new processes and initiatives out to a global business. 

This role will act as a key support to the Reward Director, working closely alongside to manage the changes and projects the function are responsible for. They will support and lead aspects of the implementation of such projects, playing a key role in developing solutions, researching and modelling as well as writing business cases and project documents. 

You will support the Group Reward Director in the development of reward solutions including research, scenario development, modelling and analysis and socialising with OpCos. You will work with OpCos to scope, plan, implement and embed Reward projects in a consistent and integrated manner taking into account local Market constraints and will develop business cases. 

About you: 

We’re looking for someone who has experience in processes where possible across multiple countries or complex organisations. Personality is a key part of this role, the ability to engage with stakeholders across our business as well as third parties will be critical. You will need experience in Reward to be successful in this role. 

We’re looking for a problem solver, with a high level of tenacity, driven by challenge and excited about rolling out change and improvements. The projects aspect of this role needs excellent attention to detail and someone with an eye for accuracy, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines. 

Numerate and process driven but with an open and collaborative mind-set that can propose new ideas and work within an environment of change and at a fast pace. 

If possible we’d love to find someone that is multi-lingual to help support our global business, but this is not an essential. 

Travel will form a core part of this role at key periods, across Europe and at times further afield.
