Deliver change projects for a unique police service
The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. Our vision is to be recognised as a provider of a world-class service for the protection of nuclear material and facilities. Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital that we recruit skilled and committed professionals to our high-performing team. We’re currently looking for an accomplished Project Manager to deliver important change initiatives.
You’ll be working on key projects within our People Change Team. It’s a great opportunity to tackle end-to-end delivery: overseeing planning, spotting interdependencies and managing risks. You’ll be running projects with internal specialists and taking charge of activities while acting as a point of contact for stakeholders and Business Change Managers.
We need someone who knows how to deliver as planned: an experienced project manager with accreditation (e.g. APM/PRINCE 2 Practitioner). Your expertise should cover the full project lifecycle as well as methodologies including change control, estimating and the identification of benefits. With your knowledge and communication skills, you’ll be a capable leader – able to present, manage teams and deal with various stakeholders.
