Recruiter – In House
 
We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Recruiter to join our client’s HR team providing effective recruitment, onboarding and administration of employees for part of the Group.
 
Location: Telford, Shropshire – commutable from Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Newport, Bridgnorth, Kidderminster and surrounding areas.
 
Salary: up to £30K
 
Benefits: 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme + more
 
This position operates within the care industry and therefore sees a high turnover of staff, requiring a steady flow of new employees to care for clients in their home. You will work closely with a HR Business Partner working on recruitment, resourcing, learning and development, reward, talent management, equality and diversity and employee engagement.
 
You will be responsible for screening CV’s and interviewing prospective employees, as well as proactively coordinating the recruitment process including liaising with managers, and adding new positions to the ATS, and external job boards.  You will also line manage the Recruitment and On-boarding Coordinator.
 
Other duties include:

- Ensure all paperwork including offer letters, contracts, references, and other checks are completed.
- Oversee the applications for references, immigration / visa and DBS service checks for new starters.
- Make sure new starter forms are completed and their details are entered into the HRIS.
- Responsible for the recruitment of employees, self-employed workers and agency workers.
- Level 1 user of the Tier 2 Visa sponsorship licence.

 
Sound Interesting?
 
You will be an experience recruiter either from an Agency or In House background with experience in using various sourcing strategies. Candidates will ideally have an awareness of employment legislation and have experience of interviewing candidates. This role will require some line management experience.
 
*Please note this role requires travel across the country either using own transport or public transport at least once a month.
