My client is fantastic marketing agency, who work with some high profile and brand name clients. They have a newly created role for a Recruiter, to support one of their key clients, as part of their close knit and sociable recruitment team.
As the Recruiter, you’ll be a true account manager, with your remit covering all roles on a global basis, in areas including client services, creative, project management or production. You will be responsible for supporting and advising hiring managers in the recruitment and decision making process. Skilled in direct sourcing through using linkedin and social media, you will implement innovative ways of sourcing talent in the market. You will monitor and provide analysis on the recruitment activity and be proactive in identifying ways to drive talent acquisition. This is a crucial role for the team and will give you huge visibility with senior stakeholders and an opportunity to provide a high profile client, with incredible talent on an international basis.
Due to this role being a new role, this is an initial 3month FTC, with potential for it to be longer term. Crucially, you will have 3-5 years years recruitment experience and ready to hit the ground running. You'll ideally have gained experience in-house within a media/creative company but agency recruiters who have focused on Digital or Creative roles looking for a move in-house will also be considered.
This role is an immediate need, so candidates with immediate availability or availability at short notice is essential!
