LOCATION: Kensington, London

TYPE: Temp – Maternity Cover 6 month fixed term contract

SALARY: £25,000 pro rata.

The Role:

As the recruitment administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support for the recruitment function. This role will see you be the first line of contact for our candidates and you will be involved in telephone screening, statistics reporting, data analysis, HR documentation and employee files in line with theirr Safe Recruitment and Selection policy.

You will have a chance to be a part of the team that recruits the gold standard in Registered Nurses and Carers.

Experience:

You will have 4+ years in Health and Social Care recruitment, preferably domiciliary care and experience working within the CQC regulations with a focus on CQC regulation 19: Fit and Proper Persons Employed.

You will need to have outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail as well as intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. You must be have strong written and verbal communication and be comfortable communicating with a variety of candidates/clientele both over the phone and in person.

You may have experience of the following: Recruitment Administrator, Resourcing Consultant, Resourcing Administrator, Recruitment Administration, Heath Recruitment, Social Care Recruitment, etc.
