Our Client administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. They have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through their Training and Employee Engagement Service, they offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join their HR team where you will ensure operational excellence throughout the HR function.
Within the role you will provide effective support across all functions of HR with a key focus on recruitment, you will ensure the standards of great people management and support are met. Working closely with the HR team, you will support hiring managers on job campaigns by agreeing recruitment methods, drafting advertisements, collating shortlists, acknowledging candidate applications and arranging interviews.
This role is ideally suited to an energetic and professional individual, who can prioritise in an organised and methodical manner. With experience of working in a fast paced HR or recruitment environment, you will ideally have CIPD or an equivalent qualification.
They are looking for someone who can deliver excellent customer facing skills, who has a strong desire to deliver outstanding levels of service. A team player with a track record in delivery and support of colleagues, you will have an excellent attention to detail and will be able to analyse and check confidential data.
