Our client is an award winning global technology company who are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a 12 month FTC.
They are looking for candidates who specifically focussed on experienced hires across all functions.
- Full cycle recruitment including: Talent attraction, Sourcing, Briefing hiring managers, Selection & Assessment.
- Management of stakeholder relationships with different line managers, HR and department heads.
- Managing third party suppliers where necessary.
- Advising and challenging the business on best practice.
- Generation of data through ATS or CRM system.
- You will need recruitment expertise across the hiring process including sourcing, selecting and interviewing.
- Previous recruitment experience gained in-house.
- Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Experience in IT, Finance, Sales and HR recruitment.
- Experience in contract recruitment.
- Relevant degree and ideally be CIPD qualified.
