Our client is an award winning global technology company who are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor in their growing team.
They are looking for candidates with experience in the recruitment arena, either from agency or in-house.
- Full cycle recruitment including: Talent attraction, Sourcing, Briefing hiring managers, Selection & Assessment - CV Screening and Interviews
- Management of stakeholder relationships with different line managers, HR and department heads
- Managing third party suppliers where necessary
- Advising and challenging the business on best practice
- Generation of data through ATS or CRM system
- Constantly meeting all SLAs and KPIs
- You will need recruitment expertise across the hiring process including sourcing, selecting and interviewing
- Previous recruitment experience gained within agency/in-house / RPO
- Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills
