Elevation HR are currently recruiting for an In House Recruitment Advisor for a fast growing manufacturing business in the Rotherham. This is an interim opportunity for a minimum of 3 months and applicants must be available for an immediate start.
The Recruitment Advisor will work as part of the wider HR team and will be responsible for delivering a first class, cost effective recruitment service to the business. This is a fast paced, autonomous role and you must be able to work on your own initiative and manage your own workload in what can often be a high pressured environment.
The successful candidate will be have previous recruitment experience and will be able to hit the ground running in this role, taking full responsibility for the end to end recruitment process including; advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, completing offer paperwork and conducting all necessary pre-employment checks. You must be highly professional in your approach, acting as the face of the business to ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided to each and every candidate.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:
* Extensive recruitment experience, either agency or in house
* Proven experience and familiarity with a wide range of attraction methods such as advertising, job boards and use of social media
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Comfortable working on your own initiative, often in a standalone environment
* Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
