Recruitment Co-ordinator position - 6 months FTC - Immediate start

I am excited to be partnering with a world famous brand to hire an interim recruitment assistant on an initial 6 month basis, supporting the international Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting the team from an admin perspective.

You will be responsible for directly sourcing the best candidates in the market and be the first point of contact for all applicants.
You will write ads for live vacancies, screen CV’s, book candidates in for interviews with hiring managers, liaise with the recruitment agencies on the PSL.
Keep in regular contact with applicants throughout the process, and ensure the Jobvite system is constantly up to date. 

You will have previous experience working as a recruitment resourcer, supporting a busy recruitment function and will have the ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure and used to dealing with a high volume of work.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
A positive and flexible approach. Articulate, clear, confident, friendly and professional telephone manner. Understands the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity within a Recruitment/HR environment.
