An amazing opportunity is available for a Recruitment Assistant who feels ready for a buzzing, innovative media environment. Our prestigious client works on very exciting projects and is a leading name in their field.
As Recruitment Assistant you’ll work in a crucial support role to the Recruitment team by managing the applicant tracking system and the recruitment mailbox, acting as the first point of contact for queries from applicants. Key responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, both telephone and face to face, organising internal and external events, and providing a positive candidate experience, representing the business as brand ambassador.
The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Assistant role will have had 6 to 12 months operating at a similar level. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel is key, as are strong organisation and time management skills. You will be a great multi tasker, can meet deadlines efficiently, and has strong written and verbal communications skills.
