Reporting to the HR Business Partner for TrustCare, the successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, selecting, recruiting and on-boarding Carers, ultimately having full autonomy in the recruitment cycle.

The successful candidate will have experience of high volume recruitment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication and administrative skills, and willing to use their initiative to improve the recruitment process.
