Recruitment Business Partner - Insurance

Our client, a global insurance business which is growing exponentially, is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to lead on all talent for their business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a greenfield site, where you will play a pivotal part in helping to build and grow the business.

They are looking for someone to grow into a true business partner and really get to know the stakeholders and take them on a journey through hiring the best talent.

Talent Acquisition currently doesn't really have a real presence in the business and he'd like this person to help build this.

In a nutshell, this role will cover: 360 recruitment, sourcing, scheduling and strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Recruitment experience, either in in-house or agency setting.
  • Experience recruiting for legal, finance or corporate functions would be a big plus.
  • Able to work at pace and deliver on key hires, run interviews and coach stakeholders.
  • Experience of setting up processes would be advantageous.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to working in a growing business where there is a lot to be achieved.
