My client, an innovative consultancy company specialising in tech and digital start-ups, requires a Recruitment Coordinator to join their exceptional team.
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the recruitment process for a high volume of roles. Supporting a team of 3 recruiters, you will be scheduling and coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates, and completing all related administration. With experience working in recruitment (from agency, as a resourcer or a recruitment assistant) you will be supporting the recruiting team in growing their portfolio businesses. You will manage the ATS, liaising with external agencies and organising recruitment events.
You will be working on a high voume of roles so this will require you to work ar pace, and will require someone who can manage their time well and support across multiple priorities without compromising the quality and level of service. You will be able to work at pace and stay calm in busy and sometimes stressful environments.
You will have experience of working in the tech/creative/design space, and be comfortable working at volume and pace. Crucially, you will be able to represent the brand values and act as an ambassador for the business and provide an excellent level of candidate experience.
