The role

The Talent Acquisition team is tasked with identifying, attracting and on boarding the talent of tomorrow to our business efficiently and effectively and working to meet business needs.

As Recruitment Consultant, you will be managing the end to end lifecycle of roles within your chosen business area, this includes gathering and understanding requirements, obtaining approval, sourcing CV’s, scheduling interviews and offering candidates. You will be regularly conducting recruitment meetings with managers trying to ascertain understanding their needs and then translating them into an agreed recruitment approach.

You will work with our HR Business Partners regularly to define roles and help design recruitment processes as well as discuss both benefits and compensation packages. You will understand business strategy to ensure when you are partnering with managers you are able to identify current and future business needs.

You will be a proactive, engaging recruitment professional with the experience of promoting our brand directly with candidates on multiple platforms ranging from LinkedIn to Glassdoor. 

To be successful you will have a strong work ethic, have excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge our managers where there is a need. You must have experience of direct sourcing with a background of using social media networking. You will have exceptional relationship building skills with managers and candidates. This is a challenging role where no two days are the same so you must have the ability to be able to prioritise your workload and be highly organised. You will have a mixture of agency and in-house experience with the ability to negotiate.
