This employer has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing family. This is a full time, permanent role, home based/and at their Beeston Head Office with travel required, therefore a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.

The Role

You will be proactively promoting recruitment services through identifying, engaging and securing new business via outbound sales calls, whilst developing and growing new business pipeline to meet monthly targets and maintain individual sales records and reports ensuring personal performance is in line with agreed KPI's.

You will be growing a network of relevant candidates in order to cultivate long lasting relationships, managing responses to advertising, ensuring interview and employer feedback is sought and guidance given to applicants to improve performance.

You will actively engage with prospective and existing employers to identify opportunities to recruit apprenticeships and opportunities to up-skill existing employees within the business across the digital marketing, accountancy, customer service and business administration sectors.

You will also be required to be a team player and work closely with colleagues across the business to support the ongoing development of their brand and reputation with emphasis on providing a high quality recruitment service to employers.

The Individual

You will be highly motivated with an ability to secure new employer relationships. Experience of working in a similar role is desirable as identifying effective recruitment solutions that address employer needs will be crucial to success.

You will be a brand ambassador for them, passionate about who we are and what we do, promoting our recruitment offering, with an emphasis on providing a high quality recruitment service to employers and candidates. You will be a team player and work closely with colleagues across the business to support the ongoing development of their brand and reputation.

Knowledge of the Apprenticeship reforms and experience of recruiting young people would be advantageous, but not essential as you will be expected to provide information, advice & guidance for learners in order to ensure a good quality recruitment service.

They are an ambitious business, delivering training solutions and workforce consultancy to learners and employers throughout the Midlands, East Anglia, and Yorkshire with further plans to expand. They currently have five fixed delivery sites and offer a blended approach to delivery (face to face and through their interactive virtual learning environment).
