I’m working on a hugely exciting opportunity with an incredible company who are responsible for ground-breaking innovations in technology, requiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join their exceptional team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, you’ll support the business a very visible, people focused role.  This business has a huge emphasis on leading by example and empowerment, and in this start-up culture you’ll be a part of a HR & Recruitment team whose mission is to recruit the very brightest talent who will be real trailblazers in their field.

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the recruitment process on a complex, global scale. You will be supporting an assigned client group scheduling and coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates, and completing all related administration, such as sending out email confirmation and coordinating travel booking. You will provide essential administration support, such as completing compliance and reference checking and managing the PO process, and supporting on exciting recruitment projects as they arise. This is a role which will be conducted at a high volume and pace, and will require someone who can work manage their time well and support across multiple priorities without compromising the quality and level of service.

This role would of Recruitment Coordinator would suit someone with a minimum of 12 months’ administration experience who wants to build a career in talent acquisition or who has acted in the capacity of providing recruitment support, either inhouse or agency side. Crucially, you will be able to represent the brand values and act as an ambassador for the business and provide an excellent level of candidate experience. By no means is this the extent of what you’ll be able to do here! This is a fast-growth business which is constantly evolving, so will require someone who is genuinely passionate about the company vision, comfortable with taking ownership of their duties and wants to grow with the business in their own experience.
