Maternity Cover (likely duration up to January 2019)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced recruiter to coordinate recruitment activities across all campus' at Leeds City College and Keighley College. You will be responsible for liaising with managers to provide advice and guidance relating to recruitment, managing advertising campaigns and coming up with strategies for future proofing and developing talent pipelines. You will be to be able to influence and negotiate with suppliers and agencies to ensure costs are kept at a minimum. A keen focus on EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) is important and the ability to work to tight timescales and prioritise is essential, whilst supervising a busy function. You will ideally have experience with working in Further or Higher Education and have sound employment law knowledge too.
