I am delighted to be partnering with this incredible Tech Investment business, who have an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their innovative and fast paced Talent team. Experiencing lots of positive change and growth in their venture businesses, this is a really exciting time to join them.
Working closely with an industry leading talent acquisition team, it will be your responsibility to support the recruitment team in growing the portfolio businesses. Booking in and coordinating a high volume of interviews on a daily basis, it is imperative that you take full ownership of the candidate experience and be heavily involved in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Producing reports on behalf of the talent team, you will be analytical in your approach. Supporting key stakeholders across the business and constantly working at pace, you will manage and co-ordinate agency relationships, ensuring you are hiring the best talent in the market.
You will love organising specific industry recruitment events, in order to identify and attract the best talent globally.
This is a role which will be conducted at a high volume and pace, and will require someone who can manage their time well and support across multiple priorities without compromising the quality and level of service.
You’ll have a good level of experience in HR / recruitment, either agency or inhouse, and understand how a successful talent team operates. You will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, have excellent time management skills and really enjoy the data and admin side of the role. Crucially, you will be able to represent the brand values and act as an ambassador for the business and provide an excellent level of candidate experience.
