Recruitment Lead - Maternity Cover

Our client is situated in 68 acres of Hertfordshire parkland between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford, so baby lambs and ducklings are part of their working life. They support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs from 5 years old through to 78 in their Children’s Home, School, College, Residential Homes with nursing and Day Centre. Over 150 adults and children call it their home making them an inspirational place to do great work. Their work as a HR team is made extra meaningful as they know that they're supporting their teams to make such a difference to the lives of others.

Position: Recruitment Lead
Location: Much Hadham, Herts
Job type: Full Time, Temporary Maternity Cover
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £Competitive

About the role:

They're looking for a Recruitment Lead to think outside the box and set them apart from any other HR team in the Care or Education sector in Hertfordshire. Up for the challenge? This role needs someone who can increase the number of staff they recruit whilst ensuring they attract quality applicants. You will need to balance a large number of roles as you recruit for our clients Residential care areas alongside their School, College, Nursing and Physiotherapy teams. No day is the same. Naturally you will be anxious to celebrate successes – so reporting and management information will be embedded in everything you do so you can show you who you find and when they join.

About you:

You will have experience in commercial recruitment and a CIPD qualification is preferred but not a deal breaker. Initiative, smart thinking and a love of picking people who perform is preferred. You will be comfortable advising managers and preparing job descriptions at the same time as continuously improving our recruitment process and practise.

Our client reserves the right to close the position early if a sufficient number of applications are received.

Offers are subject to pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check paid for by our client. Please note they are not on a public transport route. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
