We are looking for a recruitment manager to help run this busy and demanding department on a 6 month fixed term basis. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, will be able to develop professional relationships quickly with senior members of staff and have significant and demonstrable experience of hands on in-house recruitment.
Reporting directly to the HR Director this role supports the senior managers with their recruitment needs. The successful candidate will work on positions across the Company at all levels, writing the brief and attracting candidates. He/She will be crucial in supporting the hiring managers in candidate selection, interview technique and recording feedback. Although we do not often use agencies or advertise externally, knowledge of industry specific methods is preferable, as is familiarity with job boards and social media.
The ideal candidate will need to be highly literate and numerate with excellent communication skills and be able to interact well at all levels. The ability to work independently, take the initiative and manage your workload is imperative in this role. General IT competency is important, a meticulous and organised approach to work is essential.
