Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £37,351 per annum

About the role:
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the following teams, in order to deliver creative, cost effective, cutting edge recruitment and retention solutions for our client: Recruitment and Retention team, field based Resource Coordinator roles and Pre-Employment team.

In addition to significant experience of recruiting staff across a range of disciplines, you must have knowledge of the law in relation to advertising and recruiting. As an experienced manager, you will have the opportunity to develop the recruitment team as well as coordinate the activities of field-based staff in carrying out market research and delivering recruitment campaigns.
