Resourcing Partner - £35,000 - £40,000

Our client, a fantastic mid-sized retailer based in Essex, are looking to strengthen their core HR team with a strong Resourcing Partner.

This is a brand new role and will partner with the Group Operations Director and the Head of HR to lead and own all end to end resourcing activities. You will provide a proactive and cost effective resourcing and recruitment service to attract strong talent to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own all end to end resourcing, driving direct methods and utilising social media
  • Act as the SME internally in regards to resourcing best practice
  • Utilise recruitment data to conduct effective recruitment campaigns
  • Responsibility and oversight of HR induction
  • Partner with Universities to increase external awareness and attract talent
  • Partner with third parties eg, agencies, to maximise results

Key Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience within Recruitment and Resourcing ideally within the Retail or Consumer industries
  • Managing high volume across Buying, Merchandising and Support functions
  • Appropriate professional qualification, ideally CIPD
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Management experience
